As you attain physical results, your body requires new strategies to continue it’s progress. We take stat and progress photos from you every two weeks. Based on the changes your body has taken on, we revise your entire program to keep your body moving forward and the results rolling in.
In addition to your program revisions every two weeks, you also receive one on one time with your trainer via webcam or phone if you choose. With webcam, you can request demonstrations, ask the questions that have always prevented you from getting RESULTS in the past and bring a new light to the darkness you know as fitness.
